Demand the Dream Act from Congress

An Open Letter from the ACLU about 800,000 Dreamers

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) needs all concerned citizens to demand that their U.S. Congressional representatives "pass the Dream Act to prevent 800,000 Dreamers – young, undocumented immigrants who have known no other home than the United States – from being deported."

Explains the ACLU in a Sept. 6, 2017, press release: "Dreamers have earned the right to live, work, and reside in the United States without the fear of deportation. We must do everything we can to push Congress to protect Dreamers from Trump’s racist, ill-informed attack.

"Send a message to your members of Congress today. We need your help to put pressure on our representatives in Congress to pass the Dream Act."
